Tomato puree is obtained from tomato juice, separating seeds and skins. It is processed at slightly higher temperatures than the whole tomato preserve. Our deep red puree will be perfect for any use. Obtained from 100% Italian tomatoes, grown in Campania and Puglia. The flavor will be very tasty and fresh for the palate.
